This is a relatively well-preserved example of a Champsosaurus vert. The bone is an attractive peach color and would be a great addition to any Hell Creek collection.

Champsosaurus was a crocodile-like reptile that was living around the end of the Cretaceous period. Their vertebrae are relatively common in late Cretaceous sediments.
