- Due to the fact that the owner of Dino Etc is also employed in a profession that requires out-of-town travel, we are sometimes unable to ship products immediately after the order is completed, thus the shipment of your purchases may be delayed by a few days to a few weeks.
- The specific time frame of any delay of this kind will be noted during or shortly after your purchase and you will be given an estimated shipping date after your order has been completed.
- Dino Etc will attempt to make any shipping delay as minimal as possible, so we ask for your patience, and we assure you that your shipment will be completed as soon as possible.
